Update

Sorry it's been so long since I've updated the fitness journey. It continues rolling along. I've lost about 11 pounds and have noticed definite improvements in muscle tone and cardio. I've started a new workout as of last week and it is a definite time of adjustment! Right now I am sore but it just reminds me of the goal and the strides I've made. As of today I've been working out for 12 weeks!
