A new development

On Saturday I started a new workout that was designed a personal trainer who goes to church with us.  I have two words to describe it.....really tiring!  It is a lot more time on the treadmill plus a completely new workout routine that not only builds muscle but also keeps my heart rate up which is cardio which is fat burning.  I weighed today after my workout and was shocked to see I had gained two pounds.  I mentioned it to someone and discovered that you shouldn't weigh after a workout.  I don't know why but I will weigh again tomorrow. 

So, the journey continues.  It's still a climb right now as I am trying to identify and overcome bad habits.  I find that in some cases I'm having to be brutally honest with myself and sometimes that is the hardest part. 

I am very thankful for the support I am receiving from family and friends.  I couldn't do it without them.
